Oh Sun...
how I love thee!
I spring into poetry
when Spring, and warmer weather, feels close...
It's sad but true!
With these two new projects on the go...
its been time for me to start thinking about setting up
The Spiders n Laundry Studio.....
i.e. the studio underneath the house!
It dark, its damp, it has no insulation...
But it is a space!
And in the warmer months
it is a great place to get some work done...


So yesterday I truly set to work
in making a little nook for myself...
To draw
to sketch
to finish off my brooch...
And just get back into the swing of things
after a good ol' break!

As you can see
there is a mash up of things on the desk...
My diary with brooch sketches...
my blue pencils and beautiful Sennelier oil pastels...
And my tiny succulent
that migrated with me from The Primrose Studio...!

It's all taking shape...

And as long as the Sun keeps shining...
